Normally we use copy Hasco/DME parts for the molds if our customers don't request original. The quality is still good but cost is much lower than original,also with shorter delivery time.

For high gloss polish request, normally we'd suggest our customers change from the material such as H13/ Groeditz 1.2343 ESR,etc to ASSAB S136 SUP, because H13 or 1.2343ESR is not the most suitable steel for high gloss polish, which may cause pit or washouts afterwards.

Prior to T1,mould need to be spotted to check sealing&shutoff status.
Our mould masters(overman) are sophisticated with at least 13 years experience,they have met various situation in the process,and known how to handle it well to customer's expectation

We own a in-house 3K injection machine 80-250T for 2K mould trials & production.
During trial,our technical project manager is completely on-site to qualify mould,and record trial details,then report to our customers directly, no sales participation.
